BOOKING POLICIES

A 20% NON-REFUNDABLE NON-TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT is required to book any service.

CANCELLATIONS RESCHEDULING

Your appointments are reserved especially for you and are booked by appointment only. We greatly respect, value, and appreciate your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. We require a 20% NON-REFUNDABLE/NON TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT.

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with Glow By Dayna it means we have reserved that time exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place or no show to your appointment you will be subject to a 50% CANCELLATION NO CALL / NO SHOW FEE. You must reschedule your appointment within 24 hours to have your deposit credited to your rescheduled appointment or it will be forfeited.

During the winter months we make exceptions to that rule. If the area is under a winter weather advisory and you believe it would be unsafe or impossible for you to travel to your appointment, you may reschedule within the 24-hour window at no charge.

In the case of unforeseen events on our end such as inclement weather and/or other events, we will do our best to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner.

Glow By Dayna allows 10 minute grace period for late arrivals. Please understand that there is a specific amount of time allotted for each service. All spa appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate time for the full enjoyment and full benefit of the service. Late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest and best experience possible. Please be certain to call or text your practitioner if running past the scheduled appointment time. Minutes lost due to late arrival will be lost from your service, the price will be/remain the same regardless if all parts of the service were able to be performed.

If client is more than 15 minutes late the scheduled appointment will be cancelled and considered a no-show resulting 50% full payment of the services.

SPA POLICIES AND ETIQUITTE

We kindly request that children do not accompany you for spa service.

No children are allowed in the spa waiting area while you are receiving your treatment.

Only guests with scheduled appointments are allowed in the spa.

For consideration of all clients and patrons, please silence all cell phones before entering.

Thank you in advance for speaking softly while within the spa.

Please arrive to your appointment at least 10 minutes in advance so that the necessary paperwork can be filled out.

No food or drinks are allowed.

Any guest receiving services under the age of 16 must be accompanied by adult.

HEALTH CONCERNS

Please notify us if you have been exposed to COVID-19, are feeling ill, have a rash, or have an active cold sore.

Please notify us prior to receiving services of any health related conditions, allergies, injuries, sunburns, or other medical skin conditions being treated that could affect your spa experience with us.

We will always assess whether a treatment is suitable for you prior to any treatment service being carried out. We reserve the right to refuse services if we feel it will not produce a desired outcome. If services are not rendered we will inform you as to the reasons why. You will not be charged for services but may be liable for the cost of consultation fee if applicable.

Secure your valuables, as Glow By Dayna is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen items.
